The shoes do look good, and I’ll give them credit for feeling well made. That said, breaking them in was not exactly a fun little journey. I got blisters after short walks, and they stayed stiff for weeks, which was delightful. Maybe they eventually get more comfortable, but for the price, I kind of expected them to not punish my feet right out of the box. They’re not terrible, just a bit disappointing

Found my size quick and checkout was super simple. The pages loaded fast too, and there wasn’t a bunch of annoying crap popping up or getting in the way. way smoother than a lot of other sites.

I had to keep following up just to get my refund sorted. Reading between the lines, it felt like if I hadn’t pushed, it might have just sat there. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more hassle than I expected.

The shoes showed up in a clean, sturdy box and were wrapped really nicely. Nothing inside was damaged at all, so I’m happy with that. I’d give it 5 stars, but the outer package had a small dent in it. Probably just bad timing somewhere during delivery, and it wasn’t a big deal in the end

I really did want to like these shoes, and before anyone says I’m being too picky, the shape is nice and the delivery was totally fine. But after only a few wears, the leather started creasing in a way that looked rough, not like the normal soft creasing you get with decent shoes. It also felt kind of plasticky to me, especially compared to other pairs I own around the same price. Maybe I just got a bad pair, I don’t know, but for what they cost, I think it’s fair to expect better. They’re not awful, but they definitely weren’t what I was hoping for.

They do make nice-looking stuff, but yeah, the whole exchange experience has kind of put me off ordering again
